I am writing here due to the lack of a section with a specific email to contact the headquarters.

Mine is a complaint given by desperation:

1) I changed Theme 3 times. Each time, to make the theme work I have to deactivate several modules until there is nothing left.

2a) The modules that I bought in the time of 3 years (almost) never work the first time, every time I have to give the FTP access data to someone I don't know. Several times I was left without ever being able to use it. And only because there isn't an in-depth description of what to do to set up the correct functioning of the product (both from the point of view of the backoffice of the module itself and from the Prestashop backoffice). Anyone who doesn't provide an in-depth description shouldn't be able to sell their products in Prestashop.

2b) What's the point of having 10 modules that are a pair of each other? Modules that do the same things and that make us customers waste a lot of time examining and reading and watching Demos that almost never work. Rather than having one or two done really well.

3) I don't have time to go and read the Forums. Times have changed, forums have no sense of existing. Nobody has time to search the Forums. The explanations, most of the time don't work, because, I don't know... probably because the sites are all different in the end?

4) There is no refund: satisfied or refunded on Prestashop, but yes from other similar service providers. Why?

5) The Design? Innovation? Inventions that only you could have?

6) You must understand that all of your shortcomings affect all of us from the point of view of lost earnings. Of physical fatigue. Of the stress. We use systems like yours because you propose it as easy and functional. If I had programming skills I would bet on Magento. If I had €50 an hour to spend on a programmer, I would probably go to some agency in my area.
WHERE DO YOU THINK THE FUTURE IS LEADING? I hope you take us far with EXCELLENT quality products. Sometimes it's better to shrink, like I do with too many modules in themes. Do little, but do well.

I hope this complaint of mine gets into the right hands, otherwise who cares. I don't want an answer, I expect action.

Nous utilisons la solution depuis le lancement en 2019 . Prrestashop nous correspond pleinement !De + staff tech et commercial très réactifs . Communauté importante pour échanges de bons procédés !

Al momento la piattaforma PrestaShop offre una soluzione open-source gratuita altamente customizzabile, sia tramite moduli che tramite sviluppo. E' nata per l'e-commerce, quindi ha tutte le funzionalità che servono per poter gestire un sito di commercio elettronico. Inoltre ha una community molto attiva, e una rete di partner pronti a supportare il vostro progetto di business.

Très bon CMS. On fait tourner une grosse boutique dessus sans soucis. Le catalogue d'add-ons est très complet. Les équipes de Prestashop très réactives

Il existe de trop gros problèmes du côté de l'entité commerciale qui en devient aujourd'hui nocive pour le projet open source. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement que déconseiller.

J'ai appelé pour me faire rembourser un module (Store Commander) , acheté le 2/06: service déplorable, 20mns pour retrouver une commande alors que j'avais une facture.
Résultat : on doit m'envoyer un email (pourquoi je sais pas !)

Impression d'être un "pigeon chez eux " , d'être baladée.

Suis je protégée par la loi HAMON pour des achats de module chez vous ?

Main issues with CMS, it's that people don't use them to do what they are meant to do. You don't make an app with WordPress (I've seen it too many times). If you need a stronger CMS for shops than all the SaaS online, Prestashop just works, and the teams are plenty helpful. You have to be a dev to get the most of it, and that's been clear for everyone. It is not a WYSIWYG tool. Otherwise, heard people are neat and the coffee is strong.
